07/12/2020 – Rafael Fuentes – The Innovation Agendas
Summary: We know that innovation projects are a complex mix involving the best management practices, using data science and evidence, but significantly they require the art of dealing with human consensus. The innovation agendas are a tool that can be applied in multiple fields when we need to get through difficult arrangements among different interest groups. I will explain the methodology and principles of the innovation agendas developed in Venezuela and Panama, how we achieved consensus there, and how to implement the innovation agendas in other circumstances.
