Carlos A. Grabois Gadelha – PhD, Instituto de Economia, Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. Coordinator of the Center for Strategic Studies of the presidency of Fiocruz; Lecturer, at the Sérgio Arouca National School of Public Health, Fiocruz. He has extensive scientific production and is an active researcher on issues associated with the economics, industrial and innovation development in health industries. He was Vice President of Production and Innovation at Fiocruz; Secretary of Science and Technology and Strategic Products of the Ministry of Health and Secretary of Industrial Development and Competitiveness of the Ministry of Industrial Development and Foreign Trade.
