The present document has as aim propose the constitution of a Permanent Network of Dialog of Public Policies of Science, Technology and Innovation (CTI) for Latin America and the Carib, that there helps to improve the quality and impact of these policies across an exchange appellant of knowledge and good practices between whom political these design and execute in the region.
